Website – Terms of Trade
This site and its contents are made available to provide information about Hobeca Trading Ltd’s products and services. On line shopping (which includes information relating to price & availability) is only accessible to existing Hobeca Trading customers upon login.
Prices
Initial pricing on the website is quoted as our list price
Specific discount/special pricing shall be indicated once a product has been added to the shopping cart
Net pricing relates to all items supplied ex stock. (Special pricing may apply to indent orders)
Availability
Availability information on the website is accurate at the time of purchase; however this may change during the delay between web confirmation and internal Hobeca processing. NB! A copy of the final invoice will be sent via email at the time of despatch to confirm the actual products sent and quantity
Freight
All internet orders with standard freight requirements will be supplied F.I.S (free into store)
For all overnight courier deliveries, freight will be charged on the final invoice. This will be sent with the goods with an email confirmation sent at the time of despatch. NB! The pro-forma invoice generated from the website will not include any freight component

Minimum Order
$50.00 Net Value
Freight
F.I.S terms apply to orders with a net value over:
• Auckland – $50.00
• All other areas – $300.00
For all overnight courier deliveries, freight will be charged on the Invoice.
Shortages
All shortages must be reported by phone or fax without delay. This will ensure any subsequent claim can be lodged within the time frame required by our freighting partner’s terms of trade
Please quote Invoice number when reporting shortages or goods damaged in transit
Claims reported after 30 days of delivery can not be accepted
Product Coding
Hobeca codes use a 4 digit alpha numeric system. The first three digits relate to the key word product_description followed by a single digit that relates to a secondary key word.
e.g. Wrecking Bar – The key word is Bar and then Wrecking = BARW
Auger Bit – The key word is Bit and then Auger = BITA
Club Hammer – The key word is Hammer and then Club = HAMC
Garage Jack – The key word is Jack and then Garage = JACG
Information relating to size, model, and type or supplier code is placed after the 4 digit alpha-numeric code.
